Specialty Development Consultant/Expert #407 - Compensation: $48-$51hr in Southfield, Louisiana

Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) are critical functions within the IT Service Management (ITSM) Program . This position is for a subject matter expert in HP uCMDB to manage, develop, enhance, configure and support applications in the SACM Portfolio for HP Universal Configuration and Management Database (uCMDB v9.0x) and Discovery and Dependency Mapping Advanced Edition (DDMa) software.s. Responsibilities of this position include: Experience designing and deploying the HP uCMDB and DDMA Discovery solution including: - Developing new discovery and data enhancement capabilities within DDM-A and uCMDB. - Managing DDM-A discovery schedules, including optimizing scheduling - Resolving endpoint connectivity issues as they arise, working with server and network administrators to identify, diagnose root cause and to provide direction on resolution steps - Developing and maintaining accurate, concise and up-to-date documentation on system functionality. - Use of problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve incident and problems.
Skills Required: 
Must Have Qualifications: - Working Knowledge and hands on experience in Implementation and tailoring of HP uCMDB - Strong problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with Python and SQL.
